Reading Goals 2012

1. Carry around a journal and document favorite/effective lines from novels.
2. Translate Russian literature in an attempt to make it sound beautiful in English as well. I've already done one...so I'll leave an example below.
3. Read a book by Dostoevsky.
4. Read books in complete isolation -- some place where it is only the book and myself, somewhere where no sirens, people, or technology can reach me. Might be difficult.
5. Read more poetry, recite 3 poems to my dog on a weekly basis.
